Discounts, offers, promotions and last minute available at “La Bussola” in Tropea Capo Vaticano, are not cumulative and apply only to the official price list 2013 and refer to the Half Board and Full Board options (discounts may apply also to the Bed and Breakfast at the sole discretion of the management), at the exception of Long Weekends, Package Holidays and Festivities.

SUPPLEMENTS: Double room use single supplement from 40% to 70% per day (Low Season and High Season).

SMALL ANIMALS ADMITTED: small animals are admitted provided that they do not disturb nor enter the common spaces, € 12.00 per day (the fee applies only in some periods).

CHILDREN: under 4 years: free; form 4 to 10 years: 25% discount *In the parents’ bed (breakfast and first meals are free). Crib available upon request*.

Baby Meals: from 12.00 to 12.30 and from 19.00 to 19.30 the kitchen and bar staff is at your disposal (at the indicated timetable) to prepare baby food and soups. *Crib € 8.00 per day.

3rd and 4th additional beds:15% discount valid in every period from 11 years; 25% discount valid in every period from 4 to 10 years.

The fees do not include: beach towels (you can hire them at the hotel), transfer from/to Tropea railway station, Vibo Valentia Pizzo railway station and International Lamezia Terme Airport, transfer from/to Tropea city center, games room, carom, washing machine, tours and food and wine itineraries, car and motorcycle rentals, bar, restaurant, pizzeria (1 km from hotel), crib, excursions to the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Lipari, Stromboli Panarea), Stromboli by night, Taormina, Reggio Calabria and hinterland, excursions on the Capo Vaticano – Tropea coast and other not mentioned excursions, Internet access point, hairdresser, beautician, babysitter, massager - extras and all that is not specified in “the fees include”.

GENERAL TERMS

BOOKINGS:

• In high season, preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
• In medium / low season,any day (to be agreed). It is possible to make a reservation on line, by telephone, email or travel agency/tour operator.
• Once the booking has been confirmed (see “hot to book” ), we will send you a confirmation voucher that must be shown at the reception, in order to avoid any kind of misunderstanding or compliant regarding the selected days and or the offers and services included in the fee.

HOW TO BOOK:

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the 30% of the total fee (confirmation deposit). Proof of payment of the 30% deposit must be sent via email or fax. Payments must be processed within the given terms, generally within 2-3 days (such terms will be indicated during booking procedures). If such terms will not be respected the reservation will be cancelled. We will send you our confirmation after receipt of your deposit.

(we do not accept prepaid cards) The credit card will be checked by the hotel only to verify its validity. Costs will be charged only in case of non arrival/no show, or late cancellations. Credit card can be used to confirm the reservation (only if previously agreed and upon receipt - via fax, e mail or mail - of the signed authorization accompanied by a copy of an ID document).

DURING YOUR STAY:

Check in from 15:30 (we do our best to make rooms available as soon as possible) until 02:30; Check out from 6:30 (unless otherwise agreed) untill 10:30 of your departure day; The balance should be paid in full upon arrival or 24 hours prior to arrival; rooms will always be at guests’ disposal except 30 (thirty) minutes for daily cleanings, which occurs in the time frame from 9:00 to 15.50. Bed linen will be changed once a week, the towel set (shower, face, bidet towels) will be changed every other day (unless otherwise required with additional costs). A refundable 100 € security deposit or your credit card is required upon arrival, in order to cover any possible damage or lost articlesin rooms and hotel (such as loss of safe key, beach towels, bath towels etc.). The security deposit will be refunded at your departure. In case of check out after 10:30, an additional cost of 5.00 € per extra hour will apply. After 15:00 we will charge the cost of an additional day (at management discretion an in specified periods). It is forbidden to prepare meals in room, to use equipments for washing, ironing or heating. (Please ask the staff for assistance). Only guests are allowed to enter the hotel and rooms. Any visit from relatives or friends must be allowed by management. Visitors must leave an ID document to the reception during their visit. The hotel is a non-smoking area, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the hotel. The hotel has a noise policy gusts must adhere to: from 14:30 to 16.30 - and from 24:00 to 07:30, the Hotel may ask guest to stop or lower noises.

CANCELLATION TERMS: Notice of cancellation must be in writing via fax or e-mail al least 21 days prior to the arrival date. IN THIS CASE THE 30% DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED (except the 10% for fees). From the 20th to the 7th day prior to the arrival date the you will be charged the 50% of the total costs (or the cost of 1 night for holidays shorter than 3 days). From the 6th day until the arrival day the 100% costs will be charged. You will be charged 100% of costs for no show and early departure as well.

LIABILITY - COMPETENT COURT: Hotel Restaurant “La Bussola” reserves the right to change the scheduled plans in case of external event beyond its reasonable control; Under no circumstances may guests claim reimbursement from the Hotel. The hotel is not responsible, except for what established by the Italian Civil Code or other Italian laws, for the theft or loss of guests personal belonging, or damages caused by a falling branch or tree, blast of wind, sea accidents, damages or theft in the parking area. All liability limitations described in this article are in favor of “La Bussola s.a.s.” registered office in S. Nicolò di Ricadi bivio Capo Vaticano (V.V.). In the event for any disputes which may arise against the Hotel Restaurant “La Bussola” the court of Vibo Valentia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

CLAIMS: The Hotel Restaurant “La Bussola” located in Capo Vaticano Ricadi will accept only complaints in writing (during your stay) to the reception.
